Welcome to the Rowner Renewal Project

The Rowner Renewal Partnership launched the Rowner Renewal Project in October 2007. The Partnership comprises five members First Wessex Housing Group, Gosport Borough Council, Hampshire County Council, Homes and Communities Agency and Taylor Wimpey UK Ltd.

After 18 months of consultation the Partnership received outline planning for the Rowner Renewal Project in July 2009 and Phase One planning approval was granted in October 2009. Construction work on Phase One begins in January 2010. Read on »
